CUSTOMER SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement and except for any ASP Hosted Network as described in Appendix B, Customer is responsible for all hardware, software, configurations and communications necessary for using the Products as set forth in the applicable Documentation.
CUSTOMER SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES. Customer is responsible for performing the following duties relating to the successful operation of VetProWeb. PANOSOFT will provide assistance to Customers in performance of Customer System Responsibilities at an additional charge. PANOSOFT recommends that Customer appoint a System Administrator who will be responsible for Customer System Responsibilities.
