Software Implementation. The Guild Representative(s)/Attorney(s) and the bargaining unit employees agree to fully cooperate with the Employer’s implementation of any and all software implementation and changes necessary to carry out departmental and County functions and responsibilities, subject to the demand to bargain process. If a change is to be implemented, the County will provide the Guild a two-week notice prior to implementation.
