Change Order Requests. All change order requests by the City shall be made in writing by the City’s project manager. Within [insert number] days following its receipt of a change order request, Contractor will submit to City a written cost estimate, which shall include any adjustments to the project price, the Project Schedule, and the Acceptance criteria. Additional services by Contractor made necessary by the City’s change order request shall be billed at Contractor’s then current consulting rates. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Professional shall prepare the change orders and construction change directives. All Change Order requests shall be in writing and approved prior to the work which is the subject of the Change Order being completed, unless otherwise stated herein.
Change Order Requests. If the Borrower requests additional improvements, changes in the Plans and Specifications must be submitted to Lender on the Change Order Request Form (Form 1200) or a similar form acceptable to Lender. Work on the requested changes shall not begin until Lender has approved such changes in writing and Borrower has deposited in the Rehabilitation Escrow Account additional funds in an amount sufficient to pay the cost of the approved changes, including a contingency reserve.
Change Order Requests. Either SpeechWorks or AOL may initiate a Project Change Request ("PCR") as follows: a PCR may be requested for any reason, including without limitation, the following: a material modification, addition or deletion is required in the services or Deliverables; a material required task is not identified within one of the Specifications; a task identified in one of the Specifications has materially changed or is no longer required; AOL makes a material change to its operating environment; or material modifications are required to the project scope, schedule or implementation plan. All proposed PCRs shall be submitted in writing (including, without limitation, by email). Each proposed PCR will specify the nature of the proposed change requested, the reason for the proposed change, and any subsequent impact to schedules, Deliverables and cost. A PCR will not be implemented until all terms regarding such PCR are agreed upon in writing by SpeechWorks and AOL and executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
Change Order Requests. The Province may request a change to the Services (a “Change”) that are outside the scope of Ordinary Course Changes by delivering a written notice (the “Change Request”) to Supplier specifying the proposed change and the reason the Province is requesting the proposed change. Within ten Business Days after receipt of the Change Order Request (or such longer period of time requested by Supplier and agreed to by the Province, acting reasonably), Supplier will deliver to the Province a written response (the “Change Response”) that includes sufficient details to enable the Province to assess the anticipated impact of the change, including (a) a description of how and when the change would be implemented; (b) the effect of the Change on the Services and Service Levels; (c) an analysis of the risk (including privacy assessment if requested); (d) any increase or reduction in Fees (including any one time and ongoing Fees); (e) any other rights or obligations related to this Agreement that will be materially impacted (both positively and negatively); and (f) any other information reasonably requested by the Province. If the Province makes the Change Request on an emergency basis (including for privacy, confidentiality, security or legal compliance), Supplier will provide the Change Response as soon as possible and in any event no later than four Business Days after receipt. Supplier may request a Change by delivering to the Province a Change Request and a Change Response that contain the information required above. If a Change Request may result in an increase or decrease to the Fees, then the Parties will determine any increase or decrease to be made to the Fees in a manner consistent with the existing rates and margins under this Agreement.

Change Order Requests. A COR is a written request prepared by ESCO asking the District to incorporate a proposed change into a Change Order. If ESCO intends to request a change to the Work, Contract Sum, or Contract Time for any reason, ESCO shall, within thirty (30) days after the event(s) giving rise to the requested changes or becoming aware thereof, submit a COR to the District, along with reasonable documentation to support the requested changes. Promptly following receipt of ESCO’s COR, but in no event later than thirty (30) days thereafter, District shall either execute a Change Order reflecting ESCO’s requested changes or shall notify ESCO in writing to the extent District disputes the requested changes or requires additional information for purposes of evaluating the request. In the event ESCO submits a COR and District fails to timely respond to such COR or denies such COR in part or in full, ESCO may resubmit such request in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions of Section 8.9.
