SOFTWARE AND SOFTWARE LICENCE TERMS. INTRODUCTION This Schedule details the various elements of the Software and categorises them into CONTRACTOR Software and Third Party Software. Annexes A and B of this Schedule sets out the licence terms for the CONTRACTOR Software and Third Party Software (including Open Source Ordered Software), respectively. The CONTRACTOR shall update this Schedule periodically to record any software subsequently acquired from third parties or developed for the delivery of the Ordered IT Products.
