Software and Programing Fees Sample Clauses

Software and Programing Fees. You are responsible for all costs associated with the purchase and installation of our proprietary software (“The Joint® Software”). For each month during the term of this Agreement, the on-going license fee for the Joint Software is Five Hundred and Ninety-Nine Dollars ($599.00), which will be debited from the Account on the fifth (5th) day of each month for the preceding month. We reserve the right to increase the license fee for The Joint® Software to $699.00 a month. We will give you thirty (30) days prior written notice prior to increasing the cost of The Joint® Software fee, after which time, the new amount will be automatically debited from your account. You are responsible for the cost to purchase and maintain any other software licenses or programs that we may require you to use in connection with your franchise.
