Software and Firmware Updates. During the course of the year a full software upgrade will occur if available. Software and firmware updates may be scheduled at any point during the week with prior approval in writing by both Parties. Keycode shall provide such updates in accordance with the following schedule: - Monthly – Review newly released firmware and software updates - Quarterly – Deploy approved firmware and software updates (individual systems) - Yearly – Deploy approved firmware and software updates (full or multi-system updates) Keycode Total Care includes the following Service Level Agreements for the City of Burbank:
