Software and Files. Software is available to students to be used as an educational resource. No student shall install, upload or download software without permission from the building level administrator or his/her designee. • A student's accounts shall be limited or terminated if a student intentionally misuses software on any district-owned equipment. • Files stored on the network are treated in the same manner as other school storage areas, such as lockers. Routine maintenance and monitoring of the Webster Parish School District electronic network can lead to discovery that a student has violated this agreement or the law. Students should not expect that files stored on district servers are private. • Hardware and peripherals are provided as tools for student use for educational purposes. Students are not permitted to relocate hardware, install peripherals or modify settings to equipment without the consent of the building level administrator.

Any software that causes disruption to the SBCUSD electronic network will be removed. ● Files stored on the SBCUSD electronic network are treated in the same manner as other school records. Routine maintenance and monitoring of the SBCUSD electronic network by authorized employees may lead to discovery that a student has violated this Agreement or the law. Students should not expect that files stored on District servers or accessed through the SBCUSD electronic network are private. ● Hardware and peripherals are provided as tools for student use for educational purposes. Students are not permitted to install or relocate network hardware and/or peripherals (except for portable devices), or to modify settings to equipment without the consent of the District Information Technology Department. ● Students shall not connect any unauthorized wired or wireless devices to the SBCUSD electronic network.

No staff member may install, upload or download software, from the World Wide Web or CD, DVD, External from the district technology department. • Files stored on district hardware are treated in the same manner as other school storage areas, such as file cabinets. Routine maintenance and monitoring of the Bridgeton Public Schools electronic network may lead to discovery that a staff member has violated this policy or the law. Staff should not expect that files stored on district servers are private. Therefore, the district technology department reserves the right to inspect and/or delete any documents or software that violates district policy. • Laptops, CD, DVD or other external drives, scanners, digital cameras, monitors, desktop computers, keyboards, mice, etc. are BPS property and therefore should not be considered or treated as personal property.   • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Software and Services Vendor warrants that for twelve (12) months following the acceptance of the total system, the Developed Software (and associated documentation) to be delivered to Customer hereunder shall be free from significant programming errors and from defects in workmanship) and materials; shall conform to the performance capabilities, characteristics, specifications, functions and other descriptions and standards applicable thereto as set forth in the Purchase Order or attachments; and that, in general, the services to be performed by Vendor shall be performed in a timely and professional manner by qualified technicians totally familiar with such Developed Software. In the event that defects are discovered during the warranty period, Vendor shall promptly remedy such defects at no additional expense to Customer.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Software The Software is licensed to you subject to any terms and conditions presented when you downloaded it from a source authorized by NCR Voyix, as well as those contained in this Agreement. If there is a conflict, this Agreement will control. You are licensed to use the Software only with the Service and with Hardware purchased or subscribed from NCR Voyix or its Resellers. Your license to any Software will end when your subscription to the Service ends. The Software is copyrighted and licensed, not sold, and is NCR Voyix’s confidential and unpublished information. You will retain any copyright notices and proprietary legends on all copies of the Software and the media on which it is delivered. Any attempt to transfer the Software is void and will automatically cause your license to end.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.
