Supplier warrants that in all countries in which such Supplier and, to its knowledge, information and belief, its subcontractors do business, its and their operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing protection of environment, employee health safety, and labor and employment practices, including but not limited to, laws and regulations relating to working hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, child labor, forced labor, freedom of association and equal employment opportunity.
