SNFist Program. Contractor shall provide SNFist services, either through direct employment or a sub-contractual relationship. The SNFist program shall provide intensive clinical management of Enrollees in Nursing Facilities. Contractor shall implement one of the following for each Enrollee in a Nursing Facility:
