SMS TEXT MESSAGING Sample Clauses

The SMS Text Messaging clause governs the use of text messages for communication between parties under the agreement. It typically outlines when and how SMS messages may be sent, what types of information can be communicated via text, and may require parties to provide consent or opt-in to receive such messages. For example, it might specify that appointment reminders, account updates, or marketing messages can be sent to a designated mobile number. The core function of this clause is to ensure compliance with privacy laws and to set clear expectations regarding the use of SMS, thereby protecting both parties from unwanted communications and potential legal issues.
