Common use of Small Business Subcontracting Plan Clause in Contracts

Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The Offeror’s attention is directed to Section I clauses FAR 52.219-9 entitled Small Business Subcontracting Plan, DFARS 252.219-7003 entitled “Small Business Subcontracting Plan (DoD Contracts)” and FAR 52.219-16 entitled “Liquidated Damages – Small Business Subcontracting Plan”. As prescribed in FAR 19.708, Offerors other than small business concerns shall submit a subcontracting plan and that plan, once approved, shall be made part of any contract resulting from this solicitation. The Offeror’s Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be incorporated into the contract by reference. NOTE: The Small Business Subcontracting Plan is separate from the Small Business Participation Factor.
