Small Business Subcontracting Plan. Some or all of the Goods and Services provided hereunder may be used in a contract with the federal government and, therefore, may be subject to the requirements of FAR section 52.219-9. The 24-inch steel new distribution main will provide service to the Xxxxxxx Business Park in support of the coal to natural gas conversion of the existing High Pressure Boilers utilized in the Electricity Co- Generation operations onsite.
