Common use of Small Business Subcontracting Plan Clause in Contracts

Small Business Subcontracting Plan. 15.1. Attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference is a SUBCONTRACTING PLAN FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS, SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY SOCIALLY & ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED INDIVIDUALS, HUB ZONE BUSINESS CONCERNS, WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS, VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES CONCERNS AND DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESSES negotiated between the Contractor and the Government, which is applicable on a company wide basis pursuant to the requirements of Section 211 of P.L. 95- 507, as amended (15 U.S.C. 637(d)). The Contractor expressly understands that this subcontracting plan is an annual plan and hereby agrees to submit a new subcontracting plan by November 30th of each year during the Term of this Areawide Contract.
