Slope Landscaping. Landscape planting and irrigation improvements for the slopes outside of the roadway and channel right of way and the regional trail (DG) and fencing shall be deemed substantially complete upon installation thereof as shown on the approved improvement plans therefore and in accordance with City standard plans and specifications and confirmation of such installation by the City inspector.
