Slope Landscaping Clause Samples

The Slope Landscaping clause defines the requirements and standards for landscaping work performed on sloped areas of a property. It typically outlines the types of vegetation, erosion control measures, and soil stabilization techniques that must be used to ensure the slope remains stable and visually appealing. For example, it may require the use of specific ground covers or retaining structures to prevent soil erosion. The core function of this clause is to ensure that landscaping on slopes is both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound, thereby preventing erosion and potential property damage.
