Sleeper / couchette supplement. For the use of a sleeper berth, a sleeper supplement is paid (marked b in the timetable); for the use of a couchette berth, a couchette supplement is paid (marked y in the timetable). A couchette or sleeper supplement is collected even if the passenger uses only part of this segment. A supplement in the full amount is also paid by passengers who are transported at a reduced fare or free of charge. The supplement is not paid only by passengers who are exempt from paying a sleeper supplement (these are holders of the following travel documents: FIP international sleeper card, OSŽD international service ticket, FIP international service ticket); these passengers pay only a service fee (paid on the train by employees of service organisations; for IRT trains, it is already part of the electronically issued reservation).
