, Skipping Steps. By mutual agreement, grievances may be initiated under Steps Two and Three above. For grievances involving a discharge, the grievance procedure shall commence with Step Three. All disciplinary and discharge grievances must be filed no later than seven (7) days following the date the employee is notified of the disciplinary or discharge decision.
