Skills and Knowledge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, MTS will not be prohibited or enjoined at any time by the Recipient from utilizing any skills or knowledge (excluding any Confidential Information of the Recipient) acquired during the course of providing the Services, including, without limitation, information that could reasonably be acquired in similar work performed for another customer of MTS.
