Skilled and Trained Workforce. Subcontractor and its subcontractors are «udskilledrequired» to comply with «udskilledcode» and PCC Section 2600 et seq. with respect to a skilled and trained workforce as described in Exhibit “J” which is attached hereto and incorporated into this Subcontract.
