Common use of Sixth and Seventh Days Overtime Clause in Contracts

Sixth and Seventh Days Overtime. Except as modified by sections 13.7 and 13.8, all overtime occurring on the sixth and seventh days of the week shall be paid at the rate of three times the basic hourly rate.
