Sitework. A. Site Plan and Survey A preliminary survey of the site, shall be performed. Information determined from the survey should be reported as part of the proposal response including: 1. Land area of proposed site. 2. Current zoning designation. 3. Physical description of the property including topography, special features and surrounding development. 4. Property restrictions which would limit or affect development. Typical items would be zoning issues such as set-backs and easements and physical restrictions such as flood plains or wet land limits. 5. Utilities serving the proposed property shall be identified.
