Common use of Site Visits and Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Site Visits and Monitoring. 11.1 The Contractor shall host, at a mutually agreeable date, a virtual or in-person site visit/monitoring review during the Term. The site visit may include any combination of a review of fiscal, administrative, and programmatic components. Key personnel involved in implementation of the Project should be available. If requested by Verdant, Contractor shall prepare a corrective action plan, implement corrective measures, and establish agreed timelines for addressing Verdant concerns.
