Common use of Site Visit Clause in Contracts

Site Visit. 11.1. All Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the Site and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost or performance of the Project. In no event will a failure to inspect the Site constitute grounds for withdrawal of a Bid after opening or for a claim after award of the Contract. 11.2. A Scheduled Site Visit may be held subject to Article 1 herein. 11.2.1. Nothing stated at the Scheduled Site Visit shall change the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents unless a change is made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as provided in Article 9 above and in accordance with the PPB Rules. 11.2.2. At least five (5) Days prior to the Scheduled Site Visit, a Bidder should notify the Authorized Agency Contact Person of the number of representatives that will attend. 11.2.3. All representatives of the Bidder may be required to submit executed releases in order to participate in the Scheduled Site Visit.
