Common use of Site Services Clause in Contracts

Site Services. As work is completed, inspected and approved by the Town, the security may be reduced, if so approved by the Town provided there are no registered liens or outstanding claims against the Lands, as confirmed by the Town’s solicitors, to an amount equal to 125% of the estimated cost of the work remaining to be completed, based on the adjusted amounts as set out above, including any approved extra works not specifically itemized in Schedule ▇.
