Site Schedule Changes. Upon approval by the District and staff at the affected site no later than February 1, a school site may implement a schedule for the following school year that is inconsistent with this Agreement, with the exception of a six (6) period day. Site staff approval shall be reflected by a confidential vote administered jointly by the District and the Association approved by 75% of the unit members at that site, plus one vote.
