Common use of Site Office Clause in Contracts

Site Office. Throughout the Project, the Contractor shall provide and maintain a fully-equipped construction office for the Project site. The Contractor shall, at all times, provide and maintain a fully equipped construction office for DGS staff assigned to the Project. The costs for these Site Office(s) shall be included as part of the Design-Builder's general conditions cost.
