Common use of Site Mitigation and Remediation Clause in Contracts

Site Mitigation and Remediation. Except as provided below, District shall perform any required Site mitigation or remediation at its sole cost, unless such Site mitigation or remediation is necessitated by any of the conditions described in Section 32, below, in which event the provisions of that section shall govern.
