Common use of Site Assessment Reports Clause in Contracts

Site Assessment Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received (a) a copy of one or more environmental site assessment reports from each of the Environmental Consultants relating to the Closing Date Facilities (in the form provided to counsel to the Administrative Agent prior to the Closing Date) and (b) a reliance letter from each of the Environmental Consultants, dated within three Business Days of the Closing Date, permitting the Lenders to rely on such environmental site assessment reports as if addressed to them (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).
