SITE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION. 5.1 Acquisition of Site The Company shall obtain adequate water supplies for the Facility, make arrangements for delivery and receipt at port facilities in Bangladesh of equipment and materials necessary to construct the Facility, and make arrangements for transport to the Site of all such equipment and materials from the port facilities. The Company shall complete these activities in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the Power Purchase Agreement.
