SINGLE STREAM RECYCLING PROGRAM. Xxxxxxx State University has partnered with its waste management provider to establish a campus in the Single Stream-Recycling Program (“SSR”). This program is designed to promote responsible resource management and to reduce waste costs. Single stream recycling allows participants in designated buildings to co-mingle all recyclables into single containers for collection, processing, and remarketing. For information on this program and to determine designated buildings/areas of participation in SSR, please contact the Department of Human Resources.
