Common use of Single Site Clause in Contracts

Single Site. Placement where the PROGRAM PARTICIPANT lives alone or with roommates in an apartment, condominium, or single- family dwelling, rented or leased by the CONTRACTOR, in which one (1) or more adult employees of the CONTRACTOR is present on site twenty- four (24) hours.

Single Site. Placement where the PROGRAM PARTICIPANT lives alone or with roommates in an 5 apartment, condominium, or single- single-family dwelling, rented or leased by the CONTRACTOR, in 6 which one (1) or more adult employees of the CONTRACTOR is present on site twenty- twenty-four (24) 7 hours.
