Installing SharePoint Document Merge Installation of SharePoint Document Merge is a simple affair and can normally be completed by a SharePoint Administrator in a matter of just a few minutes. SharePoint Document Merge is provided as a very lightweight, deployable solution file (WSP) and accompanying Installer to make the installation process as simple as possible. Once you have downloaded the zip package and the correct License Key from the SharePoint Document Merge web site (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) installation can begin. Copy and unzip the package onto the SharePoint WFE or Application Server (This is your choice- once a solution is deployed, the timer job will propagate the changes to all other servers). The unzipped package contains the following files; Run the “setup.exe”. This will initiate SharePoint Document Merge installation wizard. Click on the “Next” button. This will allow you to select path where you want to install SharePoint Document Merge and whether the installation is just for current user or all the users. Make the desired selection and click on the “Next” button to proceed. Click on “Next” to confirm Installation. Next you will see the Licence Agreement screen. Read this agreement and only if you agree- Check the “I agree” option and then click the “Next” button. After you click “Next” the installation process will begin, once installation is complete you will get the following screen stating that the SharePoint Document Merge has been successfully installed. Single Sites are categorized as different tiers based on the following number of faculty plus individuals in registered doctoral (PhD, MD, DVM, etc.) and postdoctoral programs in the life sciences (if Licensee is an academic institution) or number of employees (if Licensee is a company): 1 - 200 (Tier A) 201 - 1,500 (Tier B) 1,501 - 3,500 (Tier C)
Single Site. Placement where the PROGRAM PARTICIPANT lives alone or with roommates in an apartment, condominium, or single- family dwelling, rented or leased by the CONTRACTOR, in which one (1) or more adult employees of the CONTRACTOR is present on site twenty- four (24) hours.

It is the user’s responsibility to determine if he/she is authorized to access the Software based on an existing agreement.
Single Site. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sysmalogic grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (without the right to sublicense/resell) (i) to use, activate and share the license file with any software user based in one single physical site of the company (i.e. an office building). The software users of the licensee company may use the software to report and connect to any domains of its parent, sibling, child or any other branched entity or subsidiary regardless of different physical site locations of those entities.

  • NONSEGREGATED FACILITIES This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related construction subcontracts of $10,000 or more. The contractor must ensure that facilities provided for employees are provided in such a manner that segregation on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin cannot result. The contractor may neither require such segregated use by written or oral policies nor tolerate such use by employee custom. The contractor's obligation extends further to ensure that its employees are not assigned to perform their services at any location, under the contractor's control, where the facilities are segregated. The term "facilities" includes waiting rooms, work areas, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, restrooms, washrooms, locker rooms, and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing provided for employees. The contractor shall provide separate or single-user restrooms and necessary dressing or sleeping areas to assure privacy between sexes.

ENHANCEMENTS TO SERVICES When the right is reserved in the RFQ, unanticipated enhancements to the services procured not exceeding a cumulative twenty (20) percent of the Implementation Service cost may be agreed to by the Authorized User. Such inclusion must be included in the Total Cost Evaluation. Such unanticipated enhancements will require a written Authorized User Agreement revision, which for NYS Agency Authorized Users will include an amended Purchase Order. Any changes that will result in exceeding this twenty (20) percent will require a new competitive RFQ. Contractor shall notify the Authorized User in writing when a requested scope change will exceed the cumulative twenty (20) percent total value of the Implementation Services.
