Common use of Single Director Clause in Contracts

An ADRC shall have a single director whose position is dedicated to the ADRC, with at least 50% of the director’s time spent on ADRC or integrated ADRC-Aging operations and management activities, and who has the responsibilities described below, regardless of whether the ADRC serves a single county or tribe or a multi- county or tribal region and regardless of what title the position is given.
