Single Department Faculties. 12:07 Step 1: If an employee has a grievance, the employee shall within forty (40) working days after the occurrence of the matter present a written grievance to the Xxxx or designate of the Faculty. The Xxxx or designate of the Faculty will give a written decision to the employee and the employee’s Xxxxxxx or other designated Union representative within ten (10) working days of receipt of the grievance at Step 1.
