Simultaneously Funded Transactions. In connection with each Simultaneously Funded Transaction, Seller shall have delivered to Buyer a Transaction Request and Asset Schedule on or prior to 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the related Purchase Date, or other such time as the parties agree.
