- SimTraffic. CONSULTANT will evaluate two alternatives for the design year only. CONSULTANT will prepare AM and PM SimTraffic model runs for the Woodside Corridor for each of the two alternatives using the design year volumes. The measures of effectiveness reported will include: average vehicle delay, level of service, percent of vehicles (demand) served, and vehicle queuing. For the isolated intersections, Synchro will be used to evaluate the performance of these isolated locations. Information for these intersections will include: average vehicle delay, level of service, and queuing. The performance measures for the alternatives will be compared to the performance of the existing interchange configuration (no project).
