Common use of Signing Clause in Contracts

Signing. On or before 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 15, 2017, each Investor shall deliver to the Company a copy of this Agreement executed by a duly authorized officer of such Investor along with its Investor Questionnaire contained in Appendix A. The Company shall indicate its acceptance of such Subscription by providing each Investor with a countersigned copy of this Agreement on or before 5:00 p.m. New York City time on June 15, 2017 (such date, the “Signing Date”).

Signing. On or before 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 15July 1, 20172016, each Investor shall deliver to the Company a copy of this Agreement executed by a duly authorized officer of such Investor along with its Investor Questionnaire contained in Appendix A. Investor. The Company shall indicate its acceptance of such Subscription by providing each Investor with a countersigned copy of this Agreement on or before 5:00 p.m. New York City time on June 15July 1, 2017 2016 (such date, the “Signing Date”).

On or before 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 15July 10, 20172016, each Investor shall deliver to the Company a copy of this Agreement executed by a duly authorized officer of such Investor along with its Investor Questionnaire contained in Appendix A. Investor. The Company shall indicate its acceptance of such Subscription by providing each Investor with a countersigned copy of this Agreement on or before 5:00 p.m. New York City time on June 15July 10, 2017 2016 (such date, the “Signing Date”).

On or before 2:00 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 15Wednesday, 2017July 27, 2016, each Investor shall deliver to the Company a copy of this Agreement executed by a duly authorized officer of such Investor along with its Investor Questionnaire contained in Appendix A. Investor. The Company shall indicate its acceptance of such Subscription by providing each Investor with a countersigned copy of this Agreement on or before 5:00 11:59 p.m. New York City time on June 15July 27, 2017 2016 (such date, the “Signing Date”).

Signing. On or before 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 15December 12, 20172016, each Investor shall deliver to the Company a copy of this Agreement executed by a duly authorized officer of such Investor along with its Investor Questionnaire contained in Appendix A. The Company shall indicate its acceptance of such Subscription by providing each Investor with a countersigned copy of this Agreement on or before 5:00 p.m. New York City time on June 15December 13, 2017 2016 (such date, the “Signing Date”).
