Signing Authority. Dealer hereby represents and warrants that all Dealer representatives (each a “Dealer Signatory”), who provide any and all documentation from Dealer to Westlake and/or sign or otherwise hold themselves out as representing or having the ability to bind Dealer are authorized by the Dealer as signatories for Westlake contracts and Westlake shall have no obligation whatsoever to otherwise confirm such Dealer Signatory’s authority
