Common use of Signing Authority of Officers Clause in Contracts

Signing Authority of Officers. Any officer, acting alone, is authorized to endorse checks, drafts and other evidence of indebtedness made payable to the order of the Company, but only for the purpose of deposit into the Company’s accounts. Any officer is also authorized to sign or enter into checks, drafts, contracts or other instruments obligating the Company to pay money in amounts as Approved by the Management Committee or approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
