Common use of Signature on Returns Clause in Contracts

Signature on Returns. The Depositor (or, if the Depositor no longer owns any of the Certificates, the Certificateholder designated for such purpose pursuant to Section 5.05) or the Administrator shall sign the tax returns of the Trust on behalf of the Trust, unless applicable law requires the Owner Trustee to sign such documents, in which case such documents shall be signed by the Owner Trustee, as required by applicable law.
