Common use of Signature Bonus Clause in Contracts

Signature Bonus. The Contractor shall pay to the State by deposit into the National Petroleum Account a signature bonus in the amount of US$5,000,000 (five million United States dollars) within thirty (30) days after both the execution of this Contract and delivery to the Contractor of an instrument of ratification and in immediately available funds.

Signature Bonus. The Contractor shall pay to the State by deposit into the National Petroleum Account a signature bonus in the amount of US$5,000,000 Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx dollars (five million United States dollarsU.S. $2,500,000) within thirty ten (3010) days after both the execution of this Contract and the delivery to the Contractor of an the instrument of ratification and of the Contract executed by the Prime-Minister on behalf of the Government, pursuant to Clause 26.1 in immediately available funds.
