Common use of Signage Program/Permitted Signage Clause in Contracts

Signage Program/Permitted Signage. Notwithstanding Section 22.1 to the contrary, lobby and suite identification signage shall be permitted in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the Landlord's overall signage program for the Building, subject to Landlord's approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld (in light of Landlord's overall signage program for the Building).
