SICKNESS DISABILITY ALLOWANCES. Section 13.01. Employees shall be eligible for sickness allowances as provided herein. Sickness is defined as the non-occupational illness or injury of the employee, the illness or injury of a covered family member as limited herein, or preventative medical care of the employee or covered family member as limited herein; care if the employee or covered family member is a victim of stalking, domestic violence, or sexual abuse provided, that the absence is directly related to social or legal services pertaining to the stalking, domestic violence, or sexual abuse, as limited herein; and, with respect to the Workers’ Compensation Supplement, injury arising out of or in the course of employment by the Company for which compensation will be paid under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act.
