Optionee Undertaking The Optionee agrees to take whatever additional actions and execute whatever additional documents the Company may in its reasonable judgment deem necessary or advisable in order to carry out or effect one or more of the obligations or restrictions imposed on the Optionee pursuant to the express provisions of this Option Agreement.
Confidentiality Undertaking You undertake:
GENERAL UNDERTAKINGS The undertakings in this Clause 22 remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.
Additional Undertakings The Pledgor will not, without the prior written consent of the Collateral Agent:
Financial Undertakings The Borrower will not enter into or remain liable upon, nor will it permit any Subsidiary to enter into or remain liable upon, any Financial Undertaking, except to the extent required to protect the Borrower and its Subsidiaries against increases in interest payable by them under variable interest Indebtedness.
Consulting Contract Follow-On Work: No person or firm or subsidiary thereof who has been awarded a consulting services contact or a contract which includes a consulting component may be awarded a contract for the provision of services, the delivery of goods or supplies, or the provision of any other related action which is required, suggested, or otherwise deemed appropriate as an end product of the consulting services contract. Therefore, any consultant that contracts with a COUNTY agency/department to develop a feasibility study or to provide formal recommendations is precluded from contracting for any work recommended in the study or included in the recommendations.
COMPLIANCE UNDERTAKINGS 6.1. The Fund undertakes to comply with Subchapter M and Section 817(h) of the Code, and all regulations issued thereunder.
INFORMATION UNDERTAKINGS The undertakings in this Clause 20 remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.
AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT DATE September, 2020 The employment contract between School District 271, Kootenai County, State of Idaho, and XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX for the 2020/2021 school year is hereby amended as follows: The salary to be paid this certificated employee will be changed to $69133 placement: BA plus 85 credits on year 28.5 working 1 FTE (190). This amendment to the contract only changes the placement and salary amount. Other items listed in the original contract remain the same.
