SHIFT WORK ALLOWANCES. 30.3.1 A shift worker shall be paid the following percentage allowances in addition to his or her ordinary rate: (i) on early morning shift - 10% (ii) on afternoon shift - 15% (iii) on night shift - 15% (iv) on permanent night shift - 30% (v) on regular part time weekend night shift – 50%
