Common use of Shift Replacement Clause in Contracts

Shift Replacement. A nurse may have a pre-scheduled shift off by finding a 8 qualified replacement to work providing that {1} the Nurse Manager receives and acknow- 9 ledges written notification not less than twelve (12) hours prior to the shift to be worked; and
