Common use of Shift Pay Differential Clause in Contracts

Shift Pay Differential. Section 1. Nurses shall receive the following annual shift pay differential: Second Shift: $1,450/year Third Shift: $1,750/year Second Shift: $1,150/year Third Shift: $1,350/year Section 2. Employees who work the second shift at Meadowview Psychiatric Hospital will earn a differential of $1,750.00 per year for RNS and $1,350.00 per year for LPNs and will continue to receive that differential for as long as they continue on that shift.
