Common use of Shift Differential Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Differential Premium. A shift differential premium of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour shall be paid for any hours worked on the evening shift between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Shift Differential Premium. A shift differential premium of thirty-five twenty cents ($0.350.20) per hour shall be paid for any hours worked on the evening shift between 6:00 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 12:00 midnight; and a shift differential premium of twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour shall be paid for any hours worked between 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m.

Shift Differential Premium. A .70 cent shift differential premium of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per hour shall will be paid for any all hours worked on the evening shift between 6:00 p.m. 2:00 P.M. and 6:00 a.m.A.M., excluding regularly scheduled day shifts.
