Common use of Shares Pledges Clause in Contracts

Shares Pledges. Forthwith upon the written request of the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders), deliver to the Agent or the relevant Lender such Shares Pledges as the Agent or the relevant Lender shall specify, each duly executed by the Shareholder together with documentation equivalent to that referred to in Part 1 of Schedule 4 at items (a)-(d) (inclusive) in respect of the Shareholder and together with all other documentation required to be delivered pursuant to the terms thereof and the Borrower shall pay all legal and other costs incurred by any Bank in relation thereto.
