Common use of Shareholder Rights Clause in Contracts

Shareholder Rights. The Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder with respect to shares of Common Stock to which the Option relates until the date on which the Participant becomes the holder of record of such shares. Except as provided by the Plan, no adjustment shall be made for dividends or other rights for which the record date is prior to such date.
